It's called the DuoDuo. The idea behind it is that SNAC adapters for 2-Player Saturn and 2-Player Genesis/Megadrive does not exist and a lot of customers ask about it so this can be seen as one solution.
The DuoDuo is based on a custom Arduino board (by akicus) that has 2 x DB9 and 2 x Saturn controller ports, one pair at a time (2 x Genesis/Megadrive or 2 x Saturn). Changing controller port pairs is done by a physical switch on the pcb.
It also has a reset button that can be used if any problem occur during play or for any possible future software updates.
The DuoDuo is sold in two versions, with case or without case.
Supported controllers include the 3D controller for Saturn, Multitap for both Genesis and Saturn, digital controllers et.c. The DuoDuo works on MiSTer and PC.
The software is based on the RetroZord adapter and the works of sonic_br.
