DuoDuo SNAC!

Since the DuoDuo went for sale we thought about experimenting a little with the board and let it evolve a bit. We wanted to keep the DB9/Saturn connectors but add something extra to it, so we did.

Presenting the DuoDuo SNAC!

It now has two switches on the bottom of the pcb, one from before (DB9/Saturn) and a new one, SNAC/USB. Having it on "USB" makes it behave like the original DuoDuo pcb (2-Player Megadrive/Genesis or 2-Player Saturn) that work on both MiSTer and PC. Switch over to "SNAC" and it will behave like a normal 1-Player Megadrive/Genesis or 1-Player Saturn SNAC adapter. Connecting both USB and SNAC to your MiSTer at the same time is possible but of course only one mode will work at a time.
Any external level shifter for SNAC is not needed for this board.

We will also need some help with testing the DuoDuo SNAC board (it is not yet for sale) so if you are interested then please contact us (you'll need a MiSTer setup with two Megadrive/Genesis and two Saturn controllers) and we will save the information until the time comes and if you are lucky we might pick you.
